We were meant to do life with other people, and that goes for fitness as well. Consider these studies:
People who exercise with a partner are 95% more likely to complete their fitness program, compared to those who work out alone. (Journal of Social Sciences)
Exercising in a group increases motivation by 78%, compared to those who work out by themselves. (American Osteopathic Association)
A 2016 University of Pennsylvania study had two groups perform competitive workouts with identical rewards. One group worked out alone and the other together. The group that did the workouts together outperformed the solo exercisers by nearly 200%.
Group exercise significantly reduces stress. It not only improves physical quality of life, but mental and emotional too, after only 12 weeks. (The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association)

Life can get crazy sometimes.
At Send It Athletics, we always encourage you to attend class and workout with others whenever possible.
But for those sporadic times when work, kids’ sports or other life stuff prevents you from making it to class, 24/7 access to the rescue.
Please note: For your safety, you must attend classes for a minimum of 90 days before 24/7 access is available.
